    Why is my login not working?  

    Pilot is working to improve both our security and user experience for our workforce. As part of this program, we are updating our authentication and login systems. This work began in October of 2025 and is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

    Some users that are not currently deployed have had their login information changed temporarily. Once they are transitioned to our new system, we will provide information on setting up their account in the new system.

    If I can’t log in, how do I access the Pilot Portal or MyPilot Learning? 

    By completing the form above we will give you temporary access to the Pilot Portal, MyPilot Learning and all other systems that you had prior to October 29, 2025. This access then be available until we transition you to the new system.

    Once I fill out the form, what happens?

    Upon receipt of your request, we will establish your temporary account and send you an email confirming your access. Your user id will remain your Pilot number and your password will remain the same. If you would like to reset your password you can click “Reset Password” and follow those instructions. This email will be sent to the personal email that you have on file with Pilot.

    If we notice that the email address you entered from the form is different from the email we currently have on file, we will contact you to confirm what email you would like to use for all your Pilot communications. If a change is made it will be updated in all of our systems and this may take up to 1 business day to complete.
