Includes: Engineered wood flooring, nails, and installation labor. Labor cost to remove engineered flooring and to discard in a job-site waste receptacle.


Quality: Pre-finished 2 1/4″ to 7″ wide flooring with lengths varying from 12″ to 60″. Species like oak, maple, or equal. Nailed down application. Species of wood is not always the best indicator of quality due to availability, finish, etc. If application is glued to substrate use FCWGADDC or FCWGADDW in addition to this item.

Green: LEED considers composite wood products to be green if they meet the California Air Resources Board, Airborne Toxic Measure to Reduce Formaldehyde Emissions from Composite Wood Products Regulation, must be documented to have low formaldehyde emissions that meet the California Air Resources Board ATCM for formaldehyde requirements for ultra-low-emitting formaldehyde (ULEF) resins or no added formaldehyde resins. They may also meet the requirements of being manufactured from recycled materials.


Note: Engineered flooring has a natural wood veneer on an engineered laminate backing. The main material component for this item includes an assumed waste factor of 10%. If removing a glued down application, use FCWGADDC, or FCWGADDW in addition to this item.
