Support Line Now Available for Auto Adjusters

We are excited to announce that the Property Xactimate/NextGen support group will now support all Auto Adjusters.

What does this mean for you?

  • Simply call in & someone will be able to remote into your computer & assist with any technical problems
  • They will also be able to assist if you do not remember how to complete certain tasks in Pathways or NextGen

We strongly encourage you to call in before your next deployment if:

  • You have recently purchased new equipment to ensure you are properly set-up
  • CCC Pathways hasn't been updated in months so you can be updated through the ISO image

By taking the aforementioned steps, you are putting yourself in a much better position for orientation and deployment.

This is a new venture to help support our Auto Team. Please remember that this support team is made up of Pilot property employees and they are learning the auto-specific support as we go. If they are not able to answer every question immediately, please be patient. They are all trained on how to setup computers with ERL and Pathways and the most common errors with these systems.

Don’t be alarmed when the support line is answered Xactimate or NextGen support. Just explain you are from the auto group and they will assist you.
