Since its beginning in 1983, Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc. has been dedicated to giving back and being a pillar in the community.

Pilot has a proud tradition of giving back to the community. Personally, the Pilot family have made it a point for philanthropy to be a focal point in their lives, and this giving nature has cascaded down through its employees. There is a true culture of giving within the Pilot community, and it one that benefits the local community in real and measurable ways.

Adjusters Give Back, a 501(c)3 organization, is funded solely by Pilot employee donations with collected funds being distributed to non-profit charitable organizations, most of which are located on the Gulf Coast. People dedicate their time, efforts, and hard-earned money to give back to those less fortunate in our communities, and it is something that can be done all throughout the year.

Last year alone, the Adjusters Give Back program raised over $250,000 for local charities, which was used (among other things) to ensure every foster child in Mobile and Baldwin Counties had gifts to open at the holidays. This could not have been accomplished without Pilot employees dedicating themselves to our local community, and it would not be possible without our wonderful area partners.
