I feel privileged to have had the help of such a dedicated and carring person as Janice.  She took the time to walk me step by step through what otherwise would have been a confusing and overwhelming experience.

Bobby, my adjuster, was the first person who told me not to despair, to hang on, that things would get better.  I’m back in my house now; all is repaired, and I’m at peace again.

Working with Al was a pleasure.  He specifically discussed, at our request, each line item of the claim, clearly explaining what he could and could not do and why.

With Daren’s framing knowledge, he was instrumental in reconciling the scope of structural repairs needed with the GC and engineers on both our commercial claims that had extensive tornado damage.
